Exhibitor Stands

All Exhibitor will be located next to the sessions area. All morning tea, lunch and afternoon teas as per the conference programme will be held in the Exhibitor Area. We encourage all attendees to visit the Exhibition Stands during the conference.  

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received after 20 July 2014 will incur a $150 dollar per person cancellation fee, plus any applicable supplier cancellation charges.

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Managers. 

Conference Accommodation 
The online registration will allow bookings with Rydges Lakeland Hotel. 
Deluxe rooms can be booked through the online registration site for $165.00 per night, over the duration of the conference.
Bedding configuration is either a king size bed or two double beds.

To Secure Accommodation

Your credit card details will be passed on to the hotel to secure your accommodation. A deposit can be paid and your account is to be settled directly with the hotel upon checkout. Room rates are in NZ Dollars and exclude NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise specified.
